After viewing these videos of James Island from 2018 & 2019 it's hard to envision that these tiny slices of land once totaled 1,350 acres and was home to a vibrant community with a school, store, church and twenty resident families. The 1st video starts with the southerly view towards Taylors Island. It then pans to the Little Choptank River and then to a northerly view of the island. It ends with the view toward the Chesapeake and pans back toward Taylors Island. The 2nd video (scroll down) is a flyover showing various portions remaining of James Island.
